Cullpack
Cull, group by person, deliver. The step after the shoot, on your iPhone.
What it does
- Cull. Open a folder on your phone, an SD card or an external drive. Swipe left to discard and right to keep. Undo, and pinch or double-tap to zoom. A JPG and its same-named RAW are swiped once.
- Group by person. The app finds who is in each photo and groups the photos by person. Name, merge and correct the groups, and mark favourites.
- Let them pick. Show someone a QR code and they choose from their own photos in their browser, on the same Wi-Fi or on your phone's hotspot. Nothing to install, and they see only their own photos.
- Hand over. Export one folder per person, the whole set, or only the photos you ticked, as originals, originals with RAW, or compressed copies.
- Clean up. After someone has their photos, set aside the ones that show only that person. Group shots are left alone.
Your photos stay with you
- The app makes no network request. There is no account, no analytics and no advertising.
- It accepts a connection only while you have turned on "Let them pick" for someone, and only on the local network.
- Photos are analysed on the phone. The models are built into the app.
- The app does not delete photos. Discarded files are moved to a
_to_deletefolder next to the photos, and you delete that folder yourself when you are sure.
The full details are in the privacy policy.
Formats and languages
JPG, HEIC, RAW and video are previewed. Videos are not grouped by person. The app is in English and Simplified Chinese and follows the phone's language.
