Privacy Policy

Effective 7 October 2026

This policy covers the Cullpack iPhone app (shown as 交片 on Chinese-language phones) and the website patelinasol.com. Both are run by Patelina Solution LLC ("we").

Summary

Cullpack does not collect any data. Your photos, and the face data the app works out from them, stay on your device and on the storage you chose. Nothing is sent to us. Photos go to another device only when you choose to let someone pick their own, and then they go straight to that person's device.

The Cullpack app

What we collect

Nothing. The app makes no network request. It has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party code. We cannot see your photos or anything you do in the app.

Photos

The app reads the photos and videos in the folder you choose. They leave their place only through your own actions:

The app does not delete photos. When you repeat an export, it removes only copies that it exported itself earlier and that are no longer wanted.

Face data

To group photos by person, the app works out face and body-appearance features from your photos. This happens on the phone, using models built into the app. These features are biometric data.

Nothing is analysed until you have agreed. Before the first analysis the app shows a notice that says what is computed, where it is stored and how to clear it. If you agree, the app analyses the photos in each folder you open, by itself if the switch on the start screen is on, or when you tap to analyse. If you choose "Not now", nothing is analysed.

You are responsible for having the right to process photos of the people in them. Group and share photos of people only when you are entitled to.

How long face data is kept

The face data stays in the photo folder until you clear it there or delete the files yourself. We have no copy, so there is nothing for us to keep or delete. Your agreement to the notice is stored in the app's own settings and is removed when you delete the app.

Deleting face data

On the people screen, open the "…" menu and choose "Clear face data…". This deletes .swipe_clean_faces.npz, .swipe_clean_people.json and the face thumbnails cached for that folder. Your photos are not touched.

Letting someone pick their own photos

The app accepts connections from other devices in one case only: while you have turned on "Let them pick" for a person and the app is open on screen. It then listens on the local network (Wi-Fi or this iPhone's Personal Hotspot, never the cellular connection), so that person can open a private link in their own browser.

What the app keeps on the phone

In its own storage the app keeps the last photo folder and the last export location, your "Include subfolders" and order options, and small face thumbnails for the people cards. Deleting the app removes all of these.

In the photo folder it also keeps your progress in .swipe_clean.json, and a record of what was exported in .swipe_clean_export.json in the export location.

Tracking

The app does not track you and does not link any data to you.

This website

The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect the service. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Email

If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and to fix the problem you describe, and we do not share it. Ask us and we will delete the conversation.

Children

The app is not directed at children, and we collect no data from anyone.

Changes

If the app changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change is released.
